At Thomas B. Cahill, P.C. we concentrate our legal practice in a broad range of real estate, corporate and finance matters. Since the early 1980s, we have represented several of the country's largest retailers and developers. We have also handled a broad array of all facets of shopping center development. We
administer complex financial transactions, advising borrowers in securing multi-million dollar construction, permanent, term and revolving loans.
We are accomplished in negotiating and drafting complex legal documents including,
Purchase Agreements, Sale Agreements, Reciprocal Easement Agreements,
Site Development Agreements, Municipal Development Agreements, Conditions,
Covenants and Restrictions: Leases, Lease Amendments, Workletters, and
Supplemental Agreements; and Real Estate Debt
Restructuring, as well as Deeds, Bills of Sale, Escrow Instructions, and other miscellaneous transfer
documents.
While handling a transaction, we work closely with the client’s due diligence team to ensure that all approvals and permits necessary to improve and open the facility are obtained.
