Maria Lisa Frano has been a paralegal with a broad range of real estate, corporate and finance experience. She began her career as a paralegal in 1995.

While handling a transaction, Maria works closely with both the attorney and client to ensure that all deadlines, approvals, and permits are obtained and met during the due diligence and construction phase of the project.

Maria has represented and worked for a multitude of national retailers and developers.  She has assisted in the sale of both the assets and real estate of wholly owned subsidiaries of corporations valued at hundreds of millions of dollars. She has also been instrumental in securing multi-million dollar loans from financial institutions and investment firms.

Maria received her B.A. from Michigan State University in 1994.
